Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents the Underwriters led by Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Merrill Lynch in CyberArk Software's $235 million NASDAQ Secondary Offering
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented the Underwriters led by Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Merrill Lynch in CyberArk Software's successful $235 million NASDAQ secondary offering closed in March 2015. The secondary offering followed CyberArk's successful IPO in September 2014 in which Naschitz Brandes Amir also acted for the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan. The value of CyberArk, an Israeli-based global leader in IT security solutions, more than tripled since its IPO and exceeded $1.6 billion.
