Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents FIMI in its Acquisition of a Controlling Interest in Polyram Plastic Industries Ltd.
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented the FIMI Funds in their acquisition of 65% of Polyram Plastic Industries Ltd. in consideration for a purchase price of approximately NIS 300 million.
Polyram is Israel's leading manufacturer of engineering thermoplastic compounds for the automotive, electrical, irrigation, D.I.Y. and construction industries. FIMI is Israel's largest private equity fund with more than $2 billion under management. The transaction was structured as an acquisition of assets followed by a drop-down of the assets into a newly incorporated entity owned 65% by the FIMI Funds and 35% by the "old" Polyram.
