Tal Shachar is an associate at the firm's Tel-Aviv office where he focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, investment and private equity transactions, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Tal also counsels tech companies and high-growth startups in a wide array of legal matters.
Tal joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2021 after completing his internship with the firm.
During his legal studies, Tal was an active member of the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic at IDC Herzliya. He also participated in a cross-border international business negotiations program to gain insight into the dynamics of negotiating and structuring international business transactions with Chinese corporations and represented the State of Israel in the annual meeting of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs concerning space law treaties and principals.
