Amit Mor | Partner
Amit Mor specializes in all aspects of civil litigation, with a special emphasis on commercial law, insurance law, banking law and all aspects of torts (including class action cases). In particular, Mr. Mor focuses on representing banks and insurance companies in mortgage-related insurance litigation, as well as providing legal advice to pension funds, especially as it relates to their relations with the insured and re-insurers. Mr. Mor also has unique expertise in representing both local and international music producers and promoters in strategic partnerships and productions. He has proudly advised on the legal aspects involved in bringing leading artists such as Madonna, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Barbra Streisand to Israel.

Mr. Mor is also quite heavily involved in community work. He holds the position of honorary President of one of the largest legal pro-bono organizations in Israel, "Halev", through which more than 300 law students and 150 lawyers provide voluntary legal assistance to low socio-economic sectors. He also served as the Chairman of this organization between 2005 and 2010, during which time the organization received the President of Israel Award for Volunteers in 2002, the Honor Award for Outstanding Social Service for 2007 and the Honor Award of Social Activity from the Israel Bar Association in 2010.

Mr. Mor also remains closely tied to academia. He currently hosts two labor-law related legal clinics at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and at Netanya Academic College, and moderated the legal aid workshop initiated by "Meshane", the unit for legal aid and social involvement at the Israeli College of Management, from 2006 through 2010.
