Erez Sapir is partner specializing in various aspects of real estate law (including land taxation law), administrative law and planning & construction law.
Mr. Sapir provides full-service legal services for both property owners and entrepreneurs, and has accompanied large-scale real estate projects in Israeli from inception and through completion. In particular, Mr. Sapir has developed a specialty in urban renewal laws and processes, including "TAMA 38" projects, as well gained familiarity with the inner workings of the Israel Lands Authority (ILA) in relation to developmental & long-term leasing agreements and finding solutions for rights registry problems with the relevant governmental authorities. In addition, he has experience in representing agricultural landowner and their respective interests in urban planning processes

• Since 2006, Mr. Sapir has represented a number of purchasing groups which have purchased and built residences in various areas in Israel. As part of this process, the groups received full-service solutions from Mr. Sapir from start to finish, including legal guidance through the land acquisition and options purchase stages, negotiations necessary to select the performing contractors and land registration necessary to finalize the project and ensure all rights.
• Since 2007, Mr. Sapir has represented a residential project of more than 800 units (both single homes and apartment complexes). Mr. Sapir accompanied the project in all aspects, from acquiring all necessary rights, negotiating financing agreements with banks, managing the actual sale of their units and finalizing their registration with the Registration Administration at the end of the project.
• Mr. Sapir has recently handled landmark preservation projects in Tel Aviv, including strict preservation and transferring construction rights.
