Gilat Lavian is an associate working at the firm's Tel-Aviv office.
Ms. Lavian's practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions and private financings. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.
During her legal studies, Ms. Lavian served as an assistant lecturer in Corporate Law to Prof. Moshe Bar Niv, teaching assistant to Prof. Alon Klement and mentor of The Victim Escort Program for Minor Victims of Crime, in collaboration with the National Council for the Child. The program provided assistance for underage victims and witnesses of crimes to help them throughout the criminal proceedings process.
