Idan Lidor | Partner
Idan Lidor is a partner in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Department. His practice is focused on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity deals, private equity, and venture capital fund formation, venture capital investments, corporate law, and sophisticated commercial transactions.

Idan joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an intern in 2000 and was elected a partner at the end of 2008. From 2005 to 2006, Idan worked as an associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.

Idan regularly advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies and management teams on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions and investments, joint ventures and other corporate matters. His clients include investment funds, public and private companies across a variety of industry sectors.
