Idan Lidor is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group. Idan's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate law, commercial transactions and securities law.

Idan has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, private-equity investments and sophisticated commercial agreements and his clients include a wide variety of public and private companies and investment funds.

Idan received his LL.B. from the Tel-Aviv University in 2000. Idan has been with Naschitz, Brandes, Amir since his internship in 2000. From 2005 to 2006, Idan worked as an associate in the M&A group of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
