Mr. Feuchtwanger regularly advises on regulatory matters governing the life of public and private companies in Israel, focusing on securities laws and regulations, stock exchange rules, company law, corporate governance practices, contract and corporate matters.

Having lived and been educated in the US and England, Mr. Feuchtwanger is well experienced in working with multinational companies in their business in Israel and in representing Israeli companies in multinational transactions around the globe, including the US, Europe and the Far East. • Represented Urbanica an Israeli fashion retail chain in a NIS 90 million equity investment from Castro Model Ltd.

• Represented Hoodies, TopTen, Carolina Lemke, Accessorize Israel and their
shareholders in a NIS 200 million 50% equity sale to Castro Model Ltd.

• Represented ETView Medical Ltd., a publicly traded company in its US$ 16 million reverse triangular merger with a subsidiary of Ambu A/S a Danish Nasdaq public
company.

• Represented Lumus Ltd, a developer of optical systems for smart glasses, in its $30 million financing round led by Shanda, HTC, Quanta and others.

• Represented Imperus Technologies (CVE: LAB), a Canadian publicly-traded company in the Israel-related aspects of its $25.6 million acquisition of the social gaming company, Akamon Entertainment.

• Represented of Accel Telecom Ltd. and affiliated entities in a reverse takeover transaction into Canadian TSX Venture publicly traded - Siyata Mobile Inc.

• Represented Inrom Construction Industries Ltd., one of Israel's leading construction, building, paint and sealant product producer, in its successful NIS 350 million IPO in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
