Shiran Nissenboim has experience in the fields of environmental protection and industrial regulation. Shiran represents business customers on complex regulatory issues before the Israeli authorities, handling a wide array of civil, commercial and administrative law. Shiran also has experience in representing corporations and senior executives in administrative and criminal proceedings in the field of environmental protection.
Ms. Nissenboim has been involved in complex negotiations with the Israeli authorities, responsible for canceling or reduction of millions of ILS of financial sanctions that were imposed by authorities. Shiran also advise national and multinational clients on environmental risk management and industrial regulation as part of Mergers & Acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
Prior to her work in Naschitz Brandes Amir, Shiran served as the Legal Advisor for the IDF Spokesperson, the IDF Database Manager and later on as legal advisor for the Censorship. Earlier in her career, Shiran served as a Military prosecutor at the Military Advocate General Corps, handled complex criminal cases. Shiran Received the certificate of excellence award from the Chief of Staff for remarkable achievements in her field.
