Shmuel Lechner has substantial experience in handling a wide range of real-estate fields, both for corporate and private clients. Before joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Lechner was a lawyer, and subsequently a partner, with one of Israel’s leading real estate and planning & construction law firms.

Mr. Lechner’s experience in real estate projects includes not only handling large and complex commercial and residential projects of the Israeli Land Administration (“Minhal”) throughout the country, but also dealing with real estate transactions for private clients. Mr. Lechner gives advice on all aspects of real estate law, including tax and administration, strategic planning, change-of-use applications and actual construction negotiations. Mr. Lechner has also extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation, including specifically administrative and municipal law issues and planning & construction law issues.

Mr. Lechner’s client base includes many of the major development and construction companies in Israel, as well numerous municipalities.
