Yoav Razin | Partner
Yoav Razin’s practice specializes in corporate, securities and antitrust law. He regularly advises clients on multinational corporate transactions, including advising some of the largest foreign industrial companies on their acquisitions and activities in Israel.

Representing major international bidders in public tenders for telecommunications licenses in Israel, Mr. Razin has played a significant role in leading telecommunications transactions and is also special counsel to several Israeli telecommunications operators and international content providers. In addition, Mr. Razin represents some of Israel's largest governmental agencies and companies, including in, among other things, their privatization efforts. As an adjunct to his corporate practice, Mr. Razin represents corporate clients in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters.

From 1992 through 1994, Mr. Razin was a lecturer in Administrative Law at the Tel-Aviv University Ramot College of Law. During 1997, he was special counsel to the New York law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. While working in New York, and following his return to the firm, Mr. Razin represented both issuers and underwriters in many of the largest public offerings by Israeli companies on NASDAQ.
