Naschitz Brandes Amir advises TASE-listed Electra Ltd, one of the largest industrial groups in Israel, on its acquisition of 51% of the share capital of Amnon Mesilot Ltd. and Afikim - Advanced Transportation Services LTD., an Israeli bus company that operates service lines and public transportation throughout the country.
