Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents Taptica International in a $20 million London Stock Exchange Secondary Offering
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Taptica International, a global end-to-end mobile advertising platform, in a $20 million London Stock Exchange secondary offering closed in March 2016.  The secondary offering follows Taptica’s successful May 2014 London Stock Exchange IPO and acquisition of AreaOne in September 2015, on both of which Naschitz Brandes Amir acted as Taptica’s legal advisor.
