Naschitz Brandes Amir represents Check Point in its acquisition of Cymplify
Naschitz Brandes Amir represents NASDAQ-listed Check Point Software Technologies, the leading provider of cyber security solutions globally, in its acquisition of Cymplify, a developer of a new IoT cyber security technology to be integrated into Check Point’s Infinity architecture. The acquisition was completed in November 2019.
The NBA deal team was led by partners Anat Igner and Tuvia Geffen and associate Ariel Lustig.
