Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents NASDAQ-listed EZchip Semiconductor in its $811 million sale to NASDAQ-listed Mellanox Technologies, one of the largest Israeli technology M&A transactions
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented NASDAQ-listed EZchip Semiconductor, a leader in high-performance processing solutions for carrier and data center networks, in its $811 million sale to NASDAQ-listed Mellanox Technologies, a leading supplier of end-to-end interconnect solutions for servers and storage systems, by means of a merger between the two public companies. The merger between the two is one of the largest public technology M&A transactions ever conducted in Israel.

The definitive merger agreement was signed in September 2015 and the merger is expected to close in the first quarter of 2016.  The merger follows the recent acquisition by EZchip of U.S.-based Tilera Corporation completed in November 2014, in which Naschitz Brandes Amir also acted as EZchip's legal counsel.

The Naschitz Brandes Amir team included partners, Sharon A. Amir, Tuvia J. Geffen and Tal Eliasaf, and associates Avishai Eliash, Itay Deutsch and Shiri Shenhav.
