Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents FIMI in its Tender Offer for Shares of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd.
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented FIMI, Israel's largest private equity fund with more than $2 billion under management, in its tender offer to purchase approximately 12% of the outstanding share capital of dual listed (TASE and NASDAQ) Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT), for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $25 million. The tender offer was successfully completed in November 2014.
