Naschitz Brandes Amir represented the Underwriters led by Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Merrill Lynch in CyberArk Software's successful $345 million NASDAQ secondary and follow-on offering of CyberArk Software, closed in June 2015.
The offering consisted of $290 million of shares offered by selling shareholders and $55 million of newly-issued shares offered by CyberArk, an Israeli-based global leader in IT security solutions. The offering followed CyberArk's $100 million IPO in September 2014 and $235 million secondary offering in March 2015, in which Naschitz Brandes Amir also acted for the underwriters.
