Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents LSE-listed Taptica International in its $50 million acquisition of the Demand-Side Business of NYSE-listed Tremor Video
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Taptica International, a global mobile advertising platform for advertising agencies and brands, in its $50 million acquisition of the Demand-Side Platform Business of NYSE-listed Tremor Video.  The transaction was completed in August 2017 and funded with a $30 million HSBC bank loan.

The strategic acquisition follows Taptica's July 2017 London Stock Exchange-AIM Market $50 million secondary placing and acquisition of Adinnovation Inc., a leading player in Japan's mobile advertising industry.
