Ram Pardes
Ram Pardes is a senior litigation associate at the firm who specializes in complex, high-stakes legal proceedings. Ram has extensive experience in civil litigation, local and international arbitration, class actions, administrative law, insurance law, and political parties law.

Ram is used to acting in high-end, intricate domestic and cross-border litigation, including some of the largest disputes the firm is handling now.

Examples of Ram’s recent cases include:

o Acting on an ICC arbitration in excess of US$360 million between joint venture partners in the duty-free industry involving allegations of fraud and breach of competition law.
o Representing one of the largest construction and civil engineering companies in Israel in an ICC arbitration in a dispute arising out of delays in the construction of a power plant in Israel.
o Representing Iveco in defending a certification of a class action with respect to alleged participation, together with Scania AB, MAN, Renault, Volvo, Daimler, and DAF, in a global cartel for fixing truck prices.
o Regularly representing the opposition faction in Israel’s largest worker union (Histadrut, the General Organization of Workers in Israel) in multiple litigations.

Ram frequently acts as an arbitrator and also provides legal counsel, pro-bono, to non-profit organizations, including Lobby 99, a non-profit, non-partisan, crowd-funded organization that employs the methods of corporate lobbyists to advance the public interest for the vast majority of the public; and CCHS Israel, which focuses on finding a cure to the congenital central hypoventilation syndrome (CCHS).

During his legal studies, Ram served as an editor of the IDC Law Review, teaching assistant to Prof. Amnon Rubinstein, and participated in “Halev”, a non-profit organization aimed to provide basic legal assistance for low-income individuals and other disenfranchised groups as the coordinator of its activities at the Tel-Aviv Labor Court.

Ram is ranked as a recommended lawyer by Legal 500 and is described by clients as “super brilliant, experienced, and supportive to his clients”.
