Shira Ozik specializes in real-estate, land taxation, and related property planning and construction law. Ms. Ozik has unique expertise in representing large purchasing groups of individuals in procuring and developing real estate projects (from the planning stage through the financing and construction stages) including, dealing with complex real estate projects, related financing and real property tax matters for commercial and privates clients. In addition, Ms. Ozik also deals with urban renewal projects.
Ms. Ozik has also been a certified mediator since 2004 (following her studies at the David Rothlevy National Institute of Mediation).

• Representation of buyers in a land acquisition deal for the construction of 96 condos in Ramat-Gan (NIS 170 million).
• Representation of buyers in complex deal which required the destruction of an existing building and the construction of 20 condos in its place in Ramat-Gan (NIS 25 million).
