Naschitz Brandes Amir Advises Gloat on $57 Million Series C Funding

On June 16, 2021, Gloat announced a $57 million Series C financing. The funding round was led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Eight Roads Ventures, Intel Capital, Magma Venture Partners, and PICO Partners. Naschitz Brandes Amir advised Gloat in the financing.  

Gloat, a leading talent marketplace, is leveraging its proprietary AI-based platform to "dynamically connect employees internal work and development opportunities like projects, full-time roles and mentorships that align to their skills and aspirations". The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate product innovation and market expansion.
The NBA team advising Gloat in the financing included partner Anat Igner and associates Noam Shualy and Danielle Dahav.
