On May 20, 2021, NASDAQ –listed Criteo, the global technology company powering the world's marketers with trusted and impactful advertising, announced its acquisition of Mabaya, a leading retail media technology company that powers sponsored products and retail media monetization for major ecommerce marketplaces globally.
