Naschitz Brandes Amir represents NASDAQ-listed Check Point Software Technologies, the leading provider of cyber security solutions globally, in its $175 million acquisition of Dome9 Security. The acquisition completed in October 2018 is intended to strengthen Check Point's position as a global leader in cloud security.
The NBA deal team was led by partners, Tuvia Geffen and Anat Igner, and associates Nufar Kotler Moneta, Noa Nitzan, Julie Cohen and Sacha Borenstein.
