Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents Plus500 in a $190 million LSE Placing Following its Move-up to the LSE Main Market

Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Plus500 and its founding shareholders in a $190 million London Stock Exchange-Main Market secondary placing that closed in September 2018.   The placing follows Plus500's recent move-up in June 2018 to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with a record market cap of $2.5 billion.
Naschitz Brandes Amir has represented Plus500 and its founders since the company’s formation, including in its LSE IPO and move-up to the Main market and in four previous secondary offerings for an aggregate of $515 million.
The recent Plus500 placing is the sixth London Stock Exchange placing completed by Naschitz Brandes Amir's international capital markets team in the last 18 months for Israeli companies traded on the LSE, raising approximately $600 million for the companies and selling shareholders.
The Naschitz Brandes Amir team was led by partners, Tuvia J. Geffen and Arnon Samburski, and associate Danielle Weissman.
