Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents the Main Defendant in the Kishon River Pollution Claims

Naschitz Brandes Amir successfully handled several environmental claims filed in the District Court of Haifa, relating to the toxic exposure allegations of 50 fishermen and 90 soldiers in the polluted Kishon River that allegedly caused various types of cancer and other diseases. The claims constitute the largest toxic case disputed in Israel.

Naschitz Brandes Amir represented the main defendant in all related cases, and conducted the defense for the mutual interest of all defendants. This was an exceptionally high profile case and was closely followed by the Israeli media.
