Naschitz Brandes Amir Represents Plus500 in a $115 million London Stock Exchange-AIM Market Secondary Placing
Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Plus500 and its founding shareholders in a $115 million London Stock Exchange-AIM Market secondary placing that closed in March 2018.  Naschitz Brandes Amir has represented Plus500 and its founders since the company’s formation, including in its LSE IPO and previous secondary offerings ($130 million in October 2016, $175 million in February 2014 and $75 million in July 2013).

The recent Plus500 placing is the fifth London Stock Exchange-AIM Market placing completed by Naschitz Brandes Amir's international capital markets team in the last 18 months for Israeli companies traded on the LSE, raising more than $380 million for the companies and selling shareholders.
