Naschitz Brandes Amir is representing LSE-listed Taptica International in its £300 million public merger with LSE-listed RhythmOne plc
The merger of the two London Stock Exchange-listed companies announced in February 2019 is to be implemented by way of a recommended share offer under the UK Takeover Code and is expected to be completed in April 2019.
The NBA team on the deal is led by partners Tuvia Geffen and  Itay Deutsch, together with associates Geraldine ShefetNoam Shualy, Sacha Borenstein, Julie Cohen and Danielle Dahav. The public merger follows Taptica’s acquisitions of US-based Tremor Video (2017), Japan-based Adinnovation (2017) and Israeli-based AreaOne (2015) and Taptica’s LSE IPO (2014), in all of which NBA represented Taptica.
