Dikla King is an associate at Naschitz Brandes Amir's Tel-Aviv office where she specializes in both real estate and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. King was an associate at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR), which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2023.
Ms. King's practice in real estate law is primarily focused on urban renewal projects. In this capacity, Ms. King works closely with apartment owners to ensure their interests are protected throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to financing and construction. Furthermore, Ms. King has broad experience working on real estate projects within the Kibbutzim and Cooperative Societies sector.
Aside from her expertise in real estate law, Ms. King offers ongoing legal counsel to a diverse range of commercial corporations and has significant experience in negotiating and handling various types of commercial agreements.
