Michal Ben Ari is a partner in the Kibbutz Shamir office of Naschitz Brandes Amir specializing in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on the Kibbutzim and Cooperative Societies sector. Ms. Ben Ari joined the firm in 2023, having previously worked as a partner at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR), which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in the same year.

Ms. Ben Ari offers ongoing legal counsel to both commercial corporations and cooperative societies, including factories owned by kibbutzim. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of agreements, including shareholders and investment agreements, as well as mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and more. With an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Haifa University and an L.L.M. with a concentration in Business Law from Reichman University, Ms. Ben Ari is well-equipped to provide extensive and professional counsel to clients.
