Sahar Elimelech is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she specializes in corporate law and finance, securities, and capital markets. Her practice includes representing and advising international and domestic companies on public debt and equity raising in the domestic capital markets, and providing counsel to public and private companies on securities and corporate law. She has notable experience with TASE IPOs and advising TASE-listed companies on day-to-day operations, including corporate governance, compliance programs, and remuneration policies.

Additionally, Sahar advises on commercial matters such as stakeholder transactions, stock transactions, joint ventures, and reorganizations, and represents companies in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private and public offerings.
