The Firm commits to meet any accessibility requirements derived by such Regulations, and shall make efforts and allocate sufficient resources in order to make sure that disabled persons shall receive the same services substantially provided to any other of our clients, independently and equally.

Website accessibility:

We have made significant endeavors in order to make sure that our Website at http://www.nblaw.com/ ("Website") is accessible to persons with disabilities. We use the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget that is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. We commit to consistently improve our Website so it will remain accessible in accordance with the Regulations and the recommendations of Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for the Accessibility of Internet Contents at AA Level and the International WCAG2.1 Document.

How to use the Website accessibility function?

The Website accessibility menu can be enabled either by hitting the tab key when the page first loads or by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the corner of the page. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety.

The Website is responsive to action on all common browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, Explorer 10+, Opera and Safari.

Requests and suggestions on improving accessibility issues:

Websites are dynamic and changes are made on a daily basis. The Firm strives to maintain accessibility at all times. In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues, we also regularly scan the Website with UserWay's Accessibility Scanner to identify and fix every possible accessibility barrier. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on the Website fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution. In case you encountered any limitation that interfered with the browsing of the Website or prevented it entirely, please let us know, and we will make every effort to find an appropriate solution and to correct to the noncompliance as soon as possible. For inquiries about a noncompliance, we recommend including as many details as possible so we can swiftly resolve the matter.

Our Website may contain content or reference to third parties.  We cannot be responsible for the accessibility of any third party mentioned in our Website. Third party services available on or through links on our Websites are not subjected to our accessibility declaration, however we encourage you to report if you encounter noncompliance in these cases as well so we can report it to such third party.
