The Excellence Program

Program Overview

We seek exceptional law students with outstanding academic achievements who excel in dynamic environments and are ready to tackle complex challenges. Our Excellence Program is designed for Israel's top students in their second year of law school. Each year, only ten to fifteen students are selected for this prestigious opportunity.

You will be immersed in the practical aspects of legal work, gaining firsthand exposure to cases and transactions pivotal to our firm's success. From the first day, you will be paired with a mentor, attend lectures, visit our clients, and participate in social activities. These unique experiences and perspectives will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as a lawyer.

Mega Transaction

You'll participate in a simulation that mirrors a significant transaction between entrepreneurs and investors. Prepare for surprises and plot twists that challenge your ability to secure the best deal for your client. This experience is not just about negotiation skills but also about understanding the dynamics of business relationships and the importance of strategy and foresight in legal practice.

High-stakes Litigation

Step into the world of high-stakes litigation where you'll navigate the intricacies of legal procedures and stages. Divided into opposing teams, you'll experience the tension and challenge of formulating winning strategies in a complex case scenario. This part of the program is designed to cultivate your analytical skills, persuasiveness, and ability to think on your feet, mirroring the real-world challenges our lawyers face daily.

Interview

You'll be asked to share specific examples from your experience, giving us insight into your achievements and the challenges you've overcome. This is also your opportunity to learn about our firm’s culture and ask any questions you may have.
Offer

Based on the interview, successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to join our Excellence Program, beginning a rewarding journey in the legal field with Naschitz Brandes Amir.
