Partner Adi Solomon-Weiss is an attorney and mediator whose practice focuses on Family Law, Personal Status, and Inheritance Law.

A certified and experienced mediator, Adi handles both general and family/divorce mediation and takes a holistic, settlement-oriented approach designed to prevent lengthy and costly disputes. She provides mediation services to couples in separation and divorce proceedings, with a primary focus on the best interests of the children, and works to achieve durable, mutually agreed outcomes.

In addition to her mediation work, Adi represents clients in Family Courts and Rabbinical Courts in all aspects of divorce, including custody, parenting-time (visitation) schedules, spousal and child support, and asset division. Her practice also includes prenuptial agreements for married couples and cohabitation agreements for common-law partners.

Adi’s inheritance and estates work spans will drafting (including complex wills), applications for inheritance and probate orders, estate administration, and will contestation proceedings. She also advises on guardianship applications and prepares enduring powers of attorney (EPA) to help clients plan for future decision-making, and she provides ongoing counsel to court-appointed guardians and attorneys-in-fact, including representation in court-approval proceedings.

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2025, Adi was a partner at Shlomo Cohen & Co., Attorneys & Mediators.
