Amos Konforti is a former Senior Partner and Founder of the Commercial Practice at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co (SKR), which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2023. Mr. Konforti is renowned for his extensive commercial law expertise, particularly in the field of M&A, which he acquired over a prolific career spanning 37 years. Mr. Konforti's broad hands-on commercial experience and exceptional M&A management skills have earned him a solid reputation for successfully facilitating both local and international M&A transactions.

 

Mr. Konforti is highly regarded for his skill in structuring transactions that prioritize the needs and objectives of his clients, and for frequently employing innovative business solutions to achieve favorable outcomes. As a result, Mr. Konforti has become the go-to legal expert for some of Israel's most prominent companies and international corporations in cross-border transactions.

 

Mr. Konforti's unique commercial expertise extends to the high-tech sector and its ongoing activities. He assists clients in locating foreign resources to raise funds, finding strategic foreign partners, and executing multinational projects.
