Debbie Waterman Waisman is an associate in the Kibbutz Shamir office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she specializes in commercial and corporate law. Ms. Waterman joined the firm in 2023 following the merger with Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR).

Ms. Waterman's practice focuses on various aspects of commercial law, including M&A transactions, capital raising, and renewable energy projects. She also provides ongoing legal counsel to various corporate entities, including cooperative societies and factories owned by kibbutzim.
