Dor Ofek is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. His practice focuses on capital markets, securities law, and corporate matters.
Dor advises public and private companies on debt and equity offerings in the Israeli capital markets, including transactions on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He also counsels TASE-listed companies on ongoing securities and corporate governance matters, including shareholder meetings, related-party transactions, private placements, prospectuses, and regulatory compliance.
