Dor Ofek is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law. He advises public and private companies on public debt and equity offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), as well as on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters.
Dor also advises TASE-listed companies on day-to-day matters, including corporate governance, shareholders' meetings, related-party transactions, private placements, and prospectuses. In addition, he has been involved in corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investment transactions, and due diligence.
