Gil Dagan is a partner in the Haifa–Nasher office of Naschitz, Brandes, Amir, and is widely regarded as one of Israel’s preeminent attorneys in the kibbutzim & cooperative societies sector, with extensive experience in litigation. He serves as legal counsel to approximately 100 kibbutzim and moshavim across the country.
Gil’s practice encompasses the ongoing representation of cooperative associations, advising on community governance matters as well as municipal affairs. He has significant experience in complex litigation, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Israel, and has secured precedent-setting rulings on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his litigation work, Gil serves as an arbitrator and investigator appointed by the Registrar of Cooperative Associations in Israel. He has been a licensed notary since 2020.
Gil joined the firm as a partner in 2025, after nearly two decades as a partner at Shlomo Cohen & Co.
