Jordan Scheyer is a partner in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializing in dispute resolution through both litigation and alternative methods such as mediation and arbitration.

Jordan is ranked among Israel's leading mediators by the prestigious Dun's 100 ranking.

Jordan specializes in complex, multi-party mediations and arbitrations involving high financial stakes and significant implications. Her mediation cases are brought forth by prominent corporations and handled by Israel’s leading law firms, including matters conducted before all levels of the judiciary as well as cases referred directly by attorneys prior to court proceedings.

Jordan serves as a mediator and arbitrator in civil-commercial disputes, including corporate law, shareholder and partnership disputes, contract law, real estate and property law, class actions, administrative law, labor law, intellectual property law, defamation law, cooperative societies law, tort law and other areas of commercial and civil litigation.

Jordan serves as Deputy Chair of the Mediation Committee of the Haifa District Bar Association, contributing to the development and oversight of mediation practices in the region.

Jordan gained extensive experience in both traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In the traditional legal sphere, she served as a judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel under the Honorable President (Ret.) Esther Hayut, where she primarily drafted legal opinions across various fields of law, including contract law, real estate law, class actions, and extradition matters. Following her Supreme Court tenure, she worked as an attorney in the litigation department at Herzog.

In the field of alternative dispute resolution, Jordan served as a legal assistant to the Honorable Judge (Ret.) Moshe Gal, former President of the Jerusalem District Court and Director of Courts Administration, who also serves as an arbitrator.

Lecturing and Professional Involvement:

• Jordan is actively engaged in legal education, assisting with and giving lectures in the Conflict Resolution Clinic at the University of Haifa Faculty of Law. She also lectures to graduate students and at the Israeli Bar Association.
• Jordan delivers lectures in the advanced business mediation course at the Gome-Gevim Institute, contributing to the professional development of mediators in complex commercial disputes.
• During her academic career, Jordan served as a research assistant to several faculty members and participated in diverse activities, including moot court competitions, contributing to the "Din Udvarim" legal journal, and participating in the Human Rights in Society clinic.

Public Service:

• Deputy Chair of the Mediation Committee of the Haifa District Bar Association.
