Keshet Sirota–Leviner is head of the firm’s Tax practice. Keshet is a seasoned attorney with over 22 years of experience providing comprehensive tax advisory services to domestic and international clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, insurance, industrial manufacturing, and real estate, from small transactions involving startups to multimillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions.

 

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Keshet was a Senior Tax Consultant at EY. In 2012, she established her own practice where she provided tax consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Between 2001 and 2011, Keshet practiced law at Udi Brazily, a boutique firm specializing in tax law. She started her career at one of Israel's leading law firms.

 

Keshet's expertise includes providing advice on various aspects of tax with respect to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, joint ventures, and spinoffs, as well as structuring commercial transactions, corporate restructurings, strategic business planning, and negotiation of settlements with tax authorities.

 

Keshet is a frequent speaker on tax efficiency and real estate taxation on behalf of Israel Bar Associations. She is often invited to speak at mega events and webinars and writes extensively on the subjects.
