Lior Shamshian is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice where she focuses on real estate law, and advises clients on a broad range of real estate transactions and projects, including various types of sale transactions, combination transactions, commercial and residential lease agreements, and urban renewal projects. As part of her practice, Lior represents financial institutions in connection with the financing and support of large-scale real estate projects and represents developers, sellers, and purchasers in a variety of real estate transactions. In addition, Lior is certified by the Ministry of Justice to prepare enduring powers of attorney.
