Mary Zayed advises cooperative societies and organizations in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on kibbutzim engaged in solar energy and storage projects. She counsels clients across the full project and corporate lifecycle, including commercial transactions, partnership structuring, regulatory compliance, negotiation of energy-related agreements, and ongoing advisory work for clients in the energy sector.
Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2025, Mary completed her legal internship at one of Israel’s leading law firms. As part of her studies, she spent a semester at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
