Maya Nir Manor is an associate and certified mediator in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir.
Recognized as one of Israel’s leading mediators by Dun’s 100, Maya focuses on complex, multi-party mediations involving high financial stakes and far-reaching implications, including matters of national interest where the State of Israel is a party. She is frequently engaged by publicly traded companies and other major entities represented by Israel’s top-ranked law firms.
Maya manages mediations in cases before all levels of the Israeli judiciary, including the Supreme Court, District Courts, and Magistrate Courts nationwide. She is also regularly entrusted with high-profile mediations referred directly by Israel’s leading law firms.
Maya serves as a mediator in civil and commercial disputes, as well as matters involving tort, labor, real estate, kibbutzim & cooperative societies, and intellectual property law.
Prior to focusing on mediation, Maya gained significant experience as an associate and legal intern at Herzog, where she represented major public and private sector employers in labor and employment litigation. Her practice included appearances before all court levels, participation in mediation proceedings, negotiation and drafting of complex agreements, issuance of legal opinions, and legal support in high-value transactions.
In addition to her mediation work, Maya lectures on interest-based mediation to students in the Conflict Resolution course and clinical program at the University of Haifa School of Law, in the advanced business mediation course at the Gome-Gevim Institute, and at leading Israeli law firms.
Maya is a regular contributor to the professional mediation journal “See Under: Mediation”, where she has published three articles.
Maya holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University (summa cum laude, 2016), where she was named to the Dean’s List in 2014 and 2015. During her academic studies and thereafter, she served as a research and teaching assistant at Bar-Ilan University to several professors, including Prof. Jacob Nussim (tax law), Dr. Shlomo Ness (insolvency law), and Prof. Shiri Regev-Messalem (law and society). Maya also participated in an international student exchange program at Monash University (Italy campus). She completed the Mediation Course of the Israel Bar Association in 2016.

מאיה שותפה לדרך בכתב העת "עיין ערך גישור" לרבות פרסום שלושה מאמרים בו.
בלימודיה ולאחריהם מאיה שימשה כעוזרת מחקר של מספר מרצים וכעוזרת הוראה בתחום דיני המס וחדלות פירעון באוניברסיטת בר אילן, והשתתפה בתוכנית חילופי סטודנטים באוניברסיטת Monash באיטליה.
