Davidzon

Nadia Davidzon, a partner and head of the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy & Project Finance practice, represents leading local and international companies, multinational consortiums, and financiers in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects and transactions in Israel and abroad. She provides ongoing legal counsel to clients on all aspects of the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects and facilities, including seawater desalination plants, power plants and renewable energy generation facilities, railways, tunneling, transportation, and military installations. Nadia specializes in international PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects (BOT/PFI), advising from the tender stage through financial closing and project execution. She has represented numerous successful bidders, entrepreneurs, concessionaires, EPC & O&M contractors, financiers, and others.

Nadia has a proven track record of advising international consortiums on key infrastructure projects, including, among others, the LRV systems in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, the Nazareth-Haifa line, Israel's largest seawater desalination plants, and Waste-to-Energy PFI initiatives led by the Ministry of Defense. In addition, Nadia has a strong background in international commercial and corporate law, joint ventures, regulation, complex commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. As a skilled negotiator, she has led multinational negotiations in numerous commercial transactions and has provided legal counsel to both private and public entities on a wide range of complex issues within her areas of expertise.

Nadia established the firm’s German Desk and is an active member of the German-Israeli Chamber of Commerce (AHK) and the German-Israeli Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Israelische Juristenvereinigung e.V.). She also serves as the firm’s liaison with the German Embassy in the field of renewable energy. Fluent in German, Nadia holds a master's degree in Law and Economics from the University of Hamburg and works continuously to strengthen and expand cooperation between Germany and Israel, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, renewable energy, and technology. Leveraging her extensive experience and deep understanding of German culture and business practices, Nadia heads the firm's cross-functional German practice team. She serves as the primary point of contact for German-based entities and offers a comprehensive range of services to clients from Germany and other German-speaking countries.

Nadia has been ranked as a "Next Generation Partner" in the Infrastructure category by Legal 500, recognized as a "Highly Regarded Lawyer" for Project Development, and named a Woman Leader by IFLR1000. In 2018, she was listed among the top 40 Under 40 young leaders by Globes. Before joining the firm in 2022, Nadia was a partner and department head at APM & Co, and prior to that, a partner at Yehuda Raveh & Co. Nadia has over 16 years of experience as a lawyer.
