Partner Rotem Lichtenstein heads the Strategic Projects and Processes Practice Group at Naschitz Brandes Amir. His practice focuses on strategic planning, project management, and legal representation in proceedings related to demographic growth programs and real estate absorption and development in kibbutzim. He advises on residential-rights allocation processes and on establishing the legal-financial infrastructure for development projects in rural settlements—kibbutzim and moshavim.
Rotem joined Naschitz Brandes Amir following the merger with Shlomo Cohen & Co. He is recognized for his expertise in cooperative societies law, Israel Land Authority regulations governing the settlement sector, and the legal and contractual aspects of housing finance and allocation agreements.
Rotem completed his internship at Boaz Ben Tzur & Co., Law Offices.
