Shahar Yarom is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she concentrates her practice on labor law and some aspects of commercial law. Her clients, mainly employers, include technology companies, government corporations, startups, public and private commercial entities.
As part of her practice, Shahar provides on-going counsel in a broad variety of matters, including drafting employment and services agreements and special compensation plans, conducting compliance procedures, representing clients in administrative and criminal proceedings, and performing inquiry procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, Shahar worked as an associate and specialized in labor law.
