Shiran Nissenboim leads the Environmental and Sustainability Practice at Naschitz Brandes Amir. She specializes in environmental law, regulatory compliance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, and environmental risk management.

Shiran advises industrial corporations, multinational companies, and private clients on a broad range of environmental issues, including environmental permitting and licensing, hazardous materials management, soil and groundwater contamination, climate-related risk assessments, ESG reporting obligations, and environmental aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

With a strategic and forward-looking approach, Shiran is committed to helping clients navigate the growing challenges of environmental regulation while identifying business opportunities in sustainability and ESG leadership. She is recognized for providing practical, business-oriented legal advice that not only ensures compliance but also strengthens clients’ competitive advantage and long-term resilience.

Prior to rejoining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Shiran practiced environmental law at Herzog Fox & Neeman and Tadmor Levy & Co., representing leading corporations in complex regulatory matters. She began her legal career at the Military Advocate General’s Office (IDF), gaining valuable experience in regulatory enforcement and administrative law.

Shiran holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.
