Naschitz Brandes Amir advised Smart Shooter, a developer of advanced smart shooting systems designed to enhance the accuracy and operational effectiveness of security forces and militaries worldwide, on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, at a company valuation of approximately NIS 900 million.

 

The Naschitz Brandes Amir team was led by Capital Markets Partner Roi Turgheman, together with Associate Dor Ofek.
