Naschitz Brandes Amir announced today the integration of two Israeli law firms—Shlomo Cohen & Co. and Inbal Dahan-Sharon Law Office. The newly combined firm will comprise a total of 465 professionals, including 312 lawyers, and will further strengthen its position among Israel’s largest full-service law firms.
Founded in 2002, Shlomo Cohen & Co. is one of the leading firms in northern Israel, with a nationwide presence and deep experience representing kibbutzim, cooperative societies, and commercial entities. The firm brings strong capabilities in real estate, energy, infrastructure, employment, and family law, and operates a highly regarded mediation practice. Led by partners Shlomo Cohen, Omer Cohen, Peleg Rachman, Assaf Elbaz, and Rotem Lichtenstein, the firm adds approximately 40 lawyers to Naschitz Brandes Amir.
Inbal Dahan-Sharon Law Office brings focused expertise in defense-tech, export control, high-tech, and commercial law—areas that are playing an increasingly important role in Israel’s innovation ecosystem.
“This merger continues our growth trajectory in recent years and underscores the importance we place on strengthening and revitalizing Israel’s northern region, as well as our confidence in both outlying communities and the defense sector,” said Tal Eliasaf, Managing Partner of Naschitz Brandes Amir.
“We found an ideal match in Naschitz Brandes Amir—in values, in people, and in practice areas,” added Omer Cohen, Managing Partner of Shlomo Cohen & Co.
“I’m excited to join Naschitz Brandes Amir together with my team to lead the firm’s defense-tech and export control practice, a field that has seen steady growth in recent years,” said Inbal Dahan-Sharon.
This development supports Naschitz Brandes Amir’s long-term vision of building one of Israel’s most dynamic, full-service legal platforms—ready to meet the evolving needs of clients in a rapidly changing legal and business environment.
