Advised Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) on a number of acquisitions of Israel-based semiconductor companies, including its acquisition of Siliquent Technologies, Octalica, Percello, Sightic Vista, and SC Square.



Advised Ham-Let (TASE: HAML), on its $350 million acquisition by Ultra Clean Holdings (NASDAQ: UCTT).



Represented Passave, in its $300 million acquisition by PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ: PMCS), a global fabless semiconductor company.


Represented the initial purchasers in Nova Measuring's (NASDAQ: NVMI) $200 million 144A Convertible Notes Offering led by BofA and Citi.

Advised GoldenSand Capital on its $20 million Series E investment in VisIC Technologies, a fabless developer of power conversion devices.



Advised Speedata, a developer of accelerated processors for big data analytics, on its $55 Series B financing.


Red Dot Capital Partners, Pitango, Greylock

Advised Red Dot Pitango, Greylock as selling shareholders of Celeno, on the company's $315 sale to Renesas Electronics.
