Adel Bloch Hakmon is an attorney whose practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, administrative law, and public procurement matters.

Adel advises public- and private-sector clients throughout all stages of tender and procurement proceedings, from initial planning and preparation through the drafting of tender documents, evaluation of bids, decision-making, and completion of the process. Her experience includes serving on tender committees, preparing legal opinions, and providing ongoing counsel on compliance with applicable procurement laws, administrative law principles, and standards of proper public administration.

Adel also represents clients in commercial and civil disputes and advises on related regulatory and administrative matters.

Alongside her professional work, Adel served as a research assistant for a civil procedure course at Tel Aviv University and was a member of the Rothschild Ambassadors program.
